A Functional Approach to Nutrition & Health Coaching
As a Nutritionist and Health Coach, my task is to work as a supportive guide, mentor and source of health & well-being knowledge. I help individuals to feel their best by assisting them to make changes to their diet and lifestyle, bringing them exceptional increases in of confidence, energy, strength & happiness.
I guide many clients to address the root cause of common health issues such as autoimmune conditions, IBS, acid reflux and other digestive issues, fatigue and low energy, stubborn weight loss, headaches, low mood, joint pain, skin disorders and many other chronic health symptoms.
I also work with a range of clients who want to optimise food, nutrition & lifestyle in order to reach the top levels of physical and mental performance.
All of my work with clients involves a natural & nourishing real food approach to nutrition, including attention to gentle lifestyle changes and the appropriate use of supplementation in certain circumstances.
Bodily imbalances caused by factors such as chronic stress, sedentary lifestyles, sleep deprivation, nutrient deficiencies and environmental toxins must all be addressed if we are to journey toward optimal health.
